First Conversation
Most of our clients first come to us with concerns about their current investments or questions about how a precious metal investment works. During your first meeting with our Gold and Silver specialists, you will be asked some questions about the short term and long-term goals and plans you have for your investments. This initial conversation will help us to make the best recommendations possible for you and your unique needs and situation.
The Purchase
Once you decide on the products you are going to place in your IRA, or to take physical delivery, a Regent Gold Group specialist will assist you with the IRA Simple forms completion and processing on your behalf or fulfill a portfolio for delivery to your home or office. You will receive a voice recorded confirmation and a written verification of the portfolio; products, pricing, and shipping information. Our specialists confirm to make sure everything is as you requested before any orders are finalized.
Order Processing
After the receipt of your payment, your order will be processed and then shipped. Your coins and/or bullion are completely Insured until it is delivered to you and you sign for it, or to the depository to reside in your retirement plan.
